This coffee coats the tongue and taps the cheeks in a subtle, cheeky kind of way. Our Story

At Timor Coffee Roasters, every cup tells a story. We source our beans directly from the mountains of Timor-Leste, where smallholder farmers hand-pick, wash, and sun-dry their harvest with care passed down through generations. By working closely with farming families, we ensure that every bean is grown sustainably, traded fairly, and roasted to highlight its unique character.

Our mission is simple: to roast coffee that does good and tastes even better. We believe coffee is more than just a daily ritual—it’s a connection between people. That’s why we invest in ethical sourcing, fair pay for farmers, and environmentally responsible practices that protect both land and community.

Every roast we create is carefully profiled to bring out the rich, vibrant flavors of Timor-Leste’s terroir. From earthy chocolate notes to bright tropical fruits, our coffees reflect the resilience of the land and the dedication of the people who grow them.
